With the holidays sometimes it can get discouraging because our bodies are not where we envision them to be. However it is a wonderful time to start anew and begin a new workout regimen. If you are already in a regimen then try a new workout to liven and interest yourself again.
I myself will begin Cize by Beachbody. I can't wait to try it. It combines dancing and workout together. It looks like it is a ton of fun! I have completed the squat challenge and may even redo it because beach weather is right around the corner and I want my legs and butt to look good in my bathing suit.
